1. Medical Transcriptionist
Full time: Come be part of Cooper Clinic’s dynamic onsite Medical Transcription team. As part of a multi-dimensional workflow, our transcriptionists work to provide a comprehensive report to guide our patients toward improving the quality and quantity of their lives.
Hours: M-F, 5 a.m.-7 p.m.; flexible schedule is available after training. Position is on-site, NOT eligible to work from home.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Transcribe physicians’ notes into professional typewritten report in a timely manner (10-day turnaround time).
Accurately updates internal systems.
Detects any discrepancies in dictation and edits them accordingly.
Translates complex medical terms and ensures that the meaning of the reports does not change.
Develops an extensive knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with a variety of medical documents.
Scan reports and ensure patient data is correct in EHR.
Inputting data in non-dictated reports, filing, scanning, tasking and verifying patient information in the EMR.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent;
One to two years of college or trade school training for medical transcription recommended;
One year of on-the-job experience within a medical or legal office preferred;
Must be well organized and detail oriented;
Must possess excellent communication and listening skills;
Must be able to multi-task and work independently;
Must be able to communicate within team.
2. Transcriptionist
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Proficient with office equipment;
Excellent communication skills; - Experience in an office setting;
- Experience in a health care setting is not required but preferred;
- General duties include typing clinical notes from dictation;
- Have the ability to type/keyboard 60 words per minute. Skills will include use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows;
- Excellent communication, telephone, organizational, and interpersonal skills are a necessity;
- Experience in office and health care setting is preferred;
- Must have a home computer with Microsoft Word and an internet connection.

3. QA Specialists - Medical Transcription (Remote Work)
Saince is a leading healthcare solutions and services company meeting the clinical documentation and health information management needs of hospitals across the country for almost two decades. With our innovative and reliable solutions and services we serve hundreds of hospitals of all sizes. To meet our aggressive growth plans, we are looking to fill the position of QA Specialists.
We are looking to quite a few part-time and full-time QA Specialist positions for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The candidates we are seeking should have extensive Behavioral Health experience in addition to acute care experience.
If you do not have prior behavioral health transcription experience and cannot work 2nd or 3rd shifts, please do not apply.
Minimum Requirements for Employment:
Must have a minimum of 10 years QA experience, with 5+ years of extensive psychiatric hospital background.
Must be able to work on number of different accounts.
Must be able to work on multiple platforms at once.
Must be able to maintain 99% accuracy.
Must be able to undergo training for approximately 2 weeks.

This position offers an hourly rate that is highly competitive, with a production requirement. Our QA Specialists can expect a responsive support team who are available 24/7.

4. Medical Transcriptionist/Editor- Home Based
Seeking editors for our growing eScription Team!
Our eScription Team is expanding and we are looking to fill multiple positions in the roles of Editors for these platforms.
We have openings for all shifts (all eastern time) starting after 9 a.m. EST. Tuesday-Saturday and Sunday-Thursday.
Minimum Requirement: Moderate-level computer troubleshooting skills. Minimum of recent 5 years Voice Recognition Acute Care (hospital-all specialties including operative note) experience. Online Training of platform and Onboarding will be provided. Due to timelines of this project and nature of job, we need you to be organized and ready to commit to a shift and follow them diligently, including required weekend and holidays hours. You must have medical transcription experience.
Benefits:
Payment plan: 6.5 cpl transcription /4.25 cpl voice recognition editing/auditing on the eScription platform for hours of 11pm to 7am and 6.25 cpl transcription /4.0 cpl voice recognition editing/auditing both on EMDAT and eScription platform for hours 7am to 11pm. There is an additional 0.25 cpl extra for weekend work.
